Conditions Tab (Scholarship Applications)
The Conditions tab provides a list of available Condition records. Condition records can be used for any of the following:
- List compliance guidelines or performance criteria that the applicant must meet before their application can be approved or paid.
- Record conditions or follow-up items that the applicant must do at some point after the award is paid (for example, submitting a status report).
- Record follow-up information to document the outcome of the award.
NOTE: Each Condition record may include as many as four guidelines or criteria. However, only the first guideline or criteria for the condition is displayed on this tab. You have to open the Condition record (by double-clicking the record in the data grid) to see the entire list.
NOTE: You cannot change any conditions directly from this tab. If you want to create a new condition, click the New button on the toolbar. If you want to edit a condition, double-click the record that you want to edit. The Conditions window opens, where you can make the desired changes. Refer to Setting Scholarship Conditions for more information.
