Configuring the Page Layout

The Layout tab provides a visual representation of each field you want to add to the Plus Page. You can click and drag the fields to set their size and location on the page.

1. In FieldMaker, click the Layout tab, and then click the New button. The Add Fields to Layout window opens.

2. Select the field(s) that you want to add to the page and then click OK. The fields are added to the page with an initial location on the upper left-hand side of the page.

NOTE: If you want to add all of the fields to the page, click the Select All button and then click OK.

3. Do one or both of the following to reposition the fields:

  • Click in a field you want to move and hold down the mouse button to drag it to the desired location.
  • Click in a field you want to resize and release the mouse button. A resize handle appears around the field. Click the handle and drag until the field is the desired size.

4. If you want to make changes to the field properties, right-click on the desired field and select Properties from the menu. Refer to Setting FieldMaker Field Properties for more information on configuring field properties.

5. When you are finished, click the Save button on the toolbar.
