Contact – Full Information Report
This report lists full contact information for the selected Contact record(s). It can serve as a Tickle report if you select a specific Tickle Date range when you run the report. It can also be limited to include only the contacts for a specific staff member.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Profiles > Profile Other > Contact – Full Information.

Contact – Full Information Report Fields
Field | Description |

Contact # | The sequential number automatically assigned to each contact. |
ID Code | The ID code of the Profile associated with the contact. |
Name / Address / Phone Numbers | The Profile’s name, mailing address, and telephone / fax numbers |
Contact Date and Time | The date and time when the contact was created. |
Next Action | The date when follow-up action is required for the contact. |
Tickle | Indicates whether there is a tickle set up for the contact (yes or no). |
Tickle Date | The date when the tickle first appears. |
Tickle Who | The staff member who will receive the tickle. |
Closed | Indicates whether the contact / tickle is closed (yes or no). |
Priority | The priority level for the contact. |
Recurring | Indicates whether the tickle is recurring (yes or no). |
Contact Type | User defined code that categorizes the contact. |
Staff Code | The staff member associated with the contact. |
Solicitor | The solicitor associated with the contact (if the contact is associated with a Grant). |
Grant | The Grant number associated with the contact. |
Fund ID | The Fund ID of a Fund associated with the contact. |
Comments | The text containing the details of the contact (for example, a record of conversation or a list of tasks to accomplish). |
