Contact information doesn't update for profile or grant application - when profile record has a name change

Article summary

I changed the first and last name of a profile record and saved it. Then when I created a grant application, the payee information still shows the old name.

Steps To Duplicate:
  1. Open profile module
  2. Choose profile
  3. On profile 1 tab, update the record (first name, last name)
  4. Save
  5. Go to grantee tab. Notice name hasn't updated
  6. Click contact persons button
  7. Name has not updated there either
  8. Create an application in the grants module
  9. Contact information is the old information there as well. 
Answer:
This issue was resolved by adding the old contact back on grantee record and then deleting all contacts to start over, then re-added new contact and now the contact on the application is the new contact.
