Contact Us

The Contact Us page enables you to provide contact information to advisors needing assistance with issues they may have — for example, if they cannot change or cancel a grant recommendation.

The Contact Us page enables you to locate contact information when you need assistance with issues that occur — for example, if you're unable to change or cancel a grant recommendation.

Note: If you don't see the Contact us menu on the navigation bar, your site administrator has not made the Contact us page public, and therefore it's not available for non-administrators.

An administrator can configure the page by adding and editing contact details, allowing users to view the page, and specifying additional content to display on the page. Each contact has their own card that includes their name (required), role, email address, phone number, and image.

View contact information

  • Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  • View the information on the contact card(s) for details about contacting the organization.

Tip: If available on the card, select the email address to open a new email addressed to the contact. Select their phone number to call their mobile phone.

Add a new contact

  1. Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  2. Select + Add a new contact.
  3. Enter the contact's Name (required), Role, Email, and Phone.
  4. To include an image, do one of the following under Image:
  • To upload a file saved locally or on your network, move the file to Drag a file here, or select the box to browse to and choose the file.

Tip: To remove an image file, select Delete .

OR

  • To link to an image file online, enter or paste the file's web address under Paste a link to a file, and select Done.

To remove the image, select Delete .

Select Save.

Edit a contact

  1. Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  2. Select the triple-dot menu button (...) under a contact, then Edit contact.
  3. Edit the contact details.
  4. To modify the image, select Delete  to remove the existing image, then do one of the following under Image:
  • To upload a file saved locally or on your network, move the file to Drag a file here, or select the box to browse to and choose the file.

Tip: To remove an image file, select Delete.

OR

  • To link to an image file online, enter or paste the file's web address under Paste a link to a file, and select Done.

    5. Select Save.

Delete a contact

  • Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  • Select the triple-dot menu button (...) under a contact, then Delete contact.
  • In the deletion confirmation message, select Yes. The contact card no longer displays on the page.

Make the page public

  1. Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  2. Select Configure page.
  3. Select Allow users to view contact us page to make the page available for non-administrators. By default, the option is not selected and the page is available for administrators only.
  4. Select Save.
  • At the top of the page, the status indicates if the page is Public (visible to everyone) or Not public (visible to admins only).

Add a page description

The page description displays at the top of the page and is text-only.

  • Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  • Select Configure page.
  • In Page description, enter text you want to display at the top of the page.
  • Select Save.

Create a page content tile

You can create a tile that displays above the contact cards. We recommend using either this tile or the contact cards. For example, you can use this tile to provide a hyperlink advisors can use to contact your organization instead of displaying individual contact cards.

  • Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  • Select Configure page.
  • Select Allow page content tile.
  • In Tile header, enter text to use for the tile heading.
  • In Content, use the text editor to add tile content, such as text, images, and hyperlinks.
  • Select Save.

Reorder contacts

Contact cards display on the Contact us page in the order they were created. You can manually change the display order.

  1. Select Contact us on the navigation bar.
  2. Select Configure page.
  3. In Reorder cards:
  • Drag the contact's up/down arrow icon to move the contact card to a new position in the list.
  • Select a contact's Top link to display their card first in the list.

   4. Select Save.
