When configuring the Contact Us page on DonorCentral, the save button stays grayed out, which makes it impossible to allow users to view the page.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log in to DonorCentral
- Click Contact Us tab
- Add or remove contacts
- Click Configure Page
- Make any necessary edits, including check box to allow users to view page
- Save stays grayed out, meaning users cannot view the page.
- Page stays "not public"
