Contacts Tab (Profiles)

The Contacts tab is a data grid you can use to view Contacts associated with the open Profile. Contacts include records of conversations and other communications with constituents, along with reminders of tasks associated with the Contact.

If you want to make changes to any Contact in the data grid, select the desired record and double-click it. The Edit Contacts window opens, where you can view and edit the selected Contact. Refer to the Edit Contacts window in the Introduction for more information.

Note: You can configure the Contacts Data Grid to display any fields that are associated with Contacts. Refer to Configuring View Settings in the Introduction for more information on customizing your views.
