Copy Report Data into Word
1. After you run the report, place your cursor at the beginning of the report and then do one of the following:
- Hold down the left mouse button and drag to select as much of the report as you want to copy.
- Press Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select the entire report.
2. Either select Edit > Copy or press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy the report to the Windows clipboard.3. Open a Microsoft Word document.
4. In Word, either right-click and choose Paste, or click the Paste button (looks like a clipboard) on the toolbar. All of the text you selected is added to the Word document.
