Corporate Actions Tab
The Corporate Actions tab has five options that allow you to make global changes to Security information in FIMS, including changing the ticker symbol or CUSIP number, recording stock splits, revaluing stocks, and recording dividends.

Corporate Actions Tab Options
Option | Description |
---|---|
Security Dividends | Runs a process that allows you to enter and post any dividends received on a Security. |
Global Security Changes | Runs a process that allows you to make system-wide changes to a Security’s Name, Ticker, CUSIP, Class, or Type. |
Revalue Security | Runs a process that allows you to revalue a Security by entering new Day’s High and Day’s Low values. |
Remove Security Prices | Runs a process that allows you to remove historical pricing from a Security for a selected date range. |
Process Security Split | Runs a process that allows you to record stock splits for your securities. |
Exchange Securities | Runs a process that allows you to record exchanges of one Security for another. |
Dividend – Interest or Capital Gain Dist. | Runs a process that allows you to record interest or capital gains for dividends. |
