    Steps To Duplicate:
    1. Start a Manual sync from within FIMS
    2. Start the scheduled task from with Task scheduler
    3. See the error occur in the command window that opens for the FTP part of the task and in the sync logs.
    Answer:
    This error occurs due to the fimsnt,ini file trying to use the old DC Transfer file. To resolve, do the following:

    1. Go to \npo\found\ConfigFiles
    2. Edit the fimsnt.ini file in notepad
    3. Go to the Files section of the fimsnt.ini and comment out the line with the dc_transfer.exe by adding a semi-colon before the line as shown below. The reason why we are commenting out this line is because this is the old dc transfer file that is no longer used:

    4. Click Save to save the file
    5. Close the file
