Could not understand line tools\old\gui\system when upgrading FIMS

When upgrading FIMS, the following error occurs:

You may not compile programs that update the database in this version (490) c:\npo\found\fims\gui\system\keyvalue.i Could not understand line 259 (196) **tools\old\gui\system\fims.w Could not understand line 313 (196)

**tools\old\gui\system\fims.w being the key part of this error.

Answer:

This error occurred due to the tools\old path being in the propath in the ini files when it should not have been becuase that folder should not be compiled. Solution is to remove tools\old from propath.
