Creating and Linking a New Viewer

If you would like to create an additional Plus Page that is different in any respect from the default page, you will need to add a new viewer. You can then display a different set of fields on the second Plus Page, change the View As format, make one or more of the fields read-only, or modify any other field property.

1. In FieldMaker, click the Screen tab, and then click the New button on the toolbar. The Add Screen window opens.

2. In the Screen Code field, enter a four-character code for the new screen configuration, and then click OK. The system will derive a default viewer name based on the code and add it to the list on the Screen tab.

3. (Optional) Add a Description for the new viewer.

4. Click the Linked Files button and add the appropriate related tables (for example, AppHistory).

5. When you are finished, click the Save button on the toolbar to save the new screen configuration record.
