When creating grant applications from imported suggestions, users may receive the error:
gui\eadvisor\CreateNxtApplication.p Shared variable createGranteeAffil has not yet been created (392)
Answer:
This issue was customer specific. There was a database mismatch in which the FIMS version showed 14.72 but database version showed 14.71. When the 14.72 patch was originally run there was a compile error. The cause of the compile error was fixed, 14.72 patch was re-run and now both FIMS and database version both say 14.72 and grant applications can be created.
