We have partnered with UserVoice to gather community input regarding our products. UserVoice is an online platform where our community users can submit and weigh-in on feature suggestions to improve our software. Learn how to use this platform and submit a suggestion below.
How it works:
- Have an idea for a new feature in the software? Submit your suggestions for our team to review.
- Let us know which previously suggested features would make the most impact for you. Browse and vote on suggestions posted by other community members.
- View the status of all requests to see where they are in the process.
How NPact will use this forum
The FIMS and DonorCentral product team will be reviewing these suggestions on a continual basis to help inform our product roadmap and will provide a status for each suggestion. See definitions for all possible suggestion statuses below:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| No Status | Suggestion has not yet been reviewed. |
| Backlog | Suggestion has not yet been reviewed but is on our list of items to review. |
| In Review | Suggestion is actively being reviewed. |
| In Development | Suggestion has been accepted and we are currently working on this feature for release. |
| Declined | Suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. |
| Feature Already Exists | This feature already exists in the software. Comments are added by the product manager regarding this feature. |
| Support Issue | This Idea is not a feature request, but rather an issue that is a how to question that support can answer and is documented. Comments are added by the product manager. |
| Done - Released | Suggestion has been released via product update. Comments are added by product manager. |
How to submit feedback and feature requests:
- Navigate to the Feedback Portal.
- Sign in or for new users, create an account.
- Select one of the seven topics listed.
- Start typing your suggestion into the search bar. If another request or suggestion matches yours it will populate, otherwise fill out your Category and Description and select “Post Idea”.
- If you forgot to login, you’ll be prompted to do so once you select "Post Idea".
- Browse and vote on the suggestions you would like to see on our roadmap.
