When launching FIMS and after selecting a database, this error may appear.
Answer:
The issue was caused by the following:
1. The found.st file for the database in question had the old paths in it from the old server, those were updated to the new drive letter on the new server and then the database was repaired as what needs to be done whenever the path changes from the old server to the new server. This is part of the server move instructions.
2. The conmgr,properties file on the new server had no entries in it for the database in question. All entries for that database in question where copied from the conmgr file on the old server to the conmgr file on the new server. The database was then started successfully and was able to be logged into. This should also be documented in the server move documentation.
