When opening ODBC32 and doing a test connection, the following error occurs:
[DataDirect][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol driver][OpenEdge] Broker rejects connection
(8839) No SQL servers are available. Try again later.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Install the ODBC driver on the FIMS database server. This step requires working with NPact support.
2. Install the ODBC driver on a workstation using these steps:

3. On the workstation, go to Control Panel. View by small or large icons
4. Go to Administrative tools
5. Open ODBC Data Sources (32-bit)
6. Go to the System DSN tab
7. Select the Foundsql92 data source
8. Click Configure
9. In the window that appears click Test Connect
10. Enter in the FIMS password for the user ID listed in the connection
11. See error occur
