Answer:
If the opportunity is coded as Interest Specific, meaning that only those donors that have chosen a specific interest will be the only ones will be able to see an Opportunity. For example, if the donor chooses to see those opportunities for Social Services and the Opportunity is coded with a different code, then the donor will not be able to see the opportunity.
