    Donor Giving Last Three Years Report

    This report lists Donors along with the date of their first Gift and their total Gift Amounts for three user defined date ranges (not filtered by recipient Fund).

    NOTE: The date ranges you select do not necessarily have to be years. For example, you could select three date ranges within a single year.

    NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Donor Reports > Donor Giving Last Three Years.


    Donor Giving Last Three Years Fields

    Field

    Description

    Donor

    The Donor’s report name.

    First Gift Ever Made

    The date of the Donor’s first Gift.

    Range #

    Each Donor’s total giving during the three date ranges that you specified before running the report.

    The grand total for each range is displayed at the end of the report.

     

    Running the Donor Giving Last Three Years Report

    1. In the Donor and Gift Management module, select Reports > Donor Reports > Donor Giving Last Three Years. The Date Ranges window opens.

    2. Enter the three date ranges that you want to include in the report. Keep in mind that the ranges do not have to be complete years. They can be any date range you are interested in seeing.

    3. Click OK.

    4. Configure the desired Selection and Sorting criteria as you would for any standard FIMS report and then click the Run Report button.
