When donor logs into DonorCentral and then clicks Grants, they are receiving the error 'Insufficient permissions' appear twice at the bottom of their screen.

Steps To Duplicate
Log into DonorCentral and from there click on Grants area and then they are given the errors presented at the bottom right that show 'Insufficient Permissions'
1. Go to DonorCentral
2. Go to the selections from the top of the screen and click Grants.
3. Error appears at the bottom right of the screen 'Insufficient Permissions'
