Donor Statistics Report

This report provides an annual summary of Donor contributions.

You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the Donor ID code or the year).

NOTE: This report is based on the Donor Summary History table, which also informs the annual statistics table on the Giving History Tab (Summary radio button) in the Profile Management module. This summary table is updated every time a Gift is added or adjusted. If you have been using FIMS for many years, it is possible that this summary record will not reconcile perfectly with the Gift History detail. You can compare the results of this report with the Gift History Report (subtotaled by Donor). If there are discrepancies, there is a utility available to rebuild the summary records. Please contact FIMS Support for more information and help with this utility.

NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Gifts > Donor Reports > Donor Statistics Report.
