Donor/Advisor ID does not Populate - when Importing Grant Applications

When importing grant applications into FIMS. the Donor/Advisor ID field does not autopopulate, even if FIMS is set to automatically add a donor with a specified Rep Type to this area.

Steps To Duplicate

  1. Select Tools > System Utilities > System Options.  In the Grants section, choose Option Default_DonorAdvisor_Fund_Rep_Type > click Lookup button and Add Advisor, click OK.
  2. Close FIMS and reopen.
  3. Choose a fund with a fund association for Rep Type: Advisor.
  4. In Excel, create simple spreadsheet with entries on Row 1 with column A-D coded filled with  ID, Amount, Grant Date and Fund ID, and save as CSV format. 
  5. Open FIMS and go to file maintenance\grants\grant import
  6. Enter CSV import file; Choose Row one through one.  Choose Columns A through D to match spreadsheet. 
  7. Import the grant and look at the contact tab.  The Advisor information will be blank.
