When importing grant applications into FIMS. the Donor/Advisor ID field does not autopopulate, even if FIMS is set to automatically add a donor with a specified Rep Type to this area.

This is addressed in FIMS 14.73
Steps To Duplicate
- Select Tools > System Utilities > System Options. In the Grants section, choose Option Default_DonorAdvisor_Fund_Rep_Type > click Lookup button and Add Advisor, click OK.
- Close FIMS and reopen.
- Choose a fund with a fund association for Rep Type: Advisor.
- In Excel, create simple spreadsheet with entries on Row 1 with column A-D coded filled with ID, Amount, Grant Date and Fund ID, and save as CSV format.
- Open FIMS and go to file maintenance\grants\grant import
- Enter CSV import file; Choose Row one through one. Choose Columns A through D to match spreadsheet.
- Import the grant and look at the contact tab. The Advisor information will be blank.
