DonorCentral Administrator can only view one fund - after Application Exception errors when viewing as advisor in DonorCentral

Article summary

When viewing as advisor, Application Exception and Insufficient Permissions errors occurred. After reloading the page, I can only view the fund that I was viewing as the advisor. I'm not able to stop viewing as advisor either.  

Steps To Duplicate:
  1. Log in to DonorCentral
  2. View as advisor
  3. Choose the advisor
  4. Click "See more fund details"
  5. Receive Application exception errors and Permissions error
  6. Reload page
  7. Orange bar showing view as advisor info is gone, as is the option to stop viewing as advisor
  8. The only fund that is visible is the fund that was being viewed as advisor.
Answer:
This typically occurs if the DonorCentral account being used to log in to DonorCentral is set as a fund advisor as well as a DonorCentral Admin. The account should not be used as both. Either change the email address used as an admin or the email address used as the fund advisor for this fund and the issue will be resolved.
