DonorCentral Data Export not Occurring with New Files for On-Premises Customers

When the export and upload process occurs with DonorCentral, any new files cannot be exported but existing ones can be uploaded. The Scheduled task times out and no data exports.
One can tell that data does not export out of FIMS by going to NPO\found\eAdvisor\History NPO\found\eAdvisor\History\NXT and noting that the date and time stamp does not update on these data files.
Answer:
This occurs due to Donor Central setup not being configured correctly. To resolve this issue the FIMS ini path in needs the full path, not just the file name FIMSNT.INI:
These instructions are for on-premises customers only:
1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\Donor Central\Setup DonorCentral Upload
2. In the FIMS INI file field enter in the full path for the FIMSNT.ini file as shown below:
Note that the path for the NPO folder on your FIMS database server may not be C. Some of the information below has been removed for security reasons.
