You may notice that a period of days or weeks has elapsed since your last DonorCentral upload.
Answer:
Open the My Files folder and check to see if the eAdvisor folder is still there. If it is missing, this is why the DonorCentral nightly sync is not occurring.
Please contact FIMS support to have that folder rebuilt for you. Just creating a new folder titled eAdvisor will not resolve the nightly upload issue.
