DonorCentral is moving from SKY 1 to SKY 4 starting on 3/8/2021 and there will be changes in the appearance and some functions of DonorCentral. At first, we will be doing this move in small waves rather than all customers at the same time. The first customers to go on SKY 4 will be those who are on DonorCentral v4 and are transitioning to DonorCentral.
All of the remaining customers who are already on DonorCentral will be moved to SKY 4 on 4/27/2021

FACTS:
- After DonorCentral moves to SKY 4, there will be changes in the appearance and some functions of DonorCentral.
- The first customers to go live with DonorCentral on SKY 4 will be customers completely new to DonorCentral who have never used it before and are going live with DonorCentral NXT. This first group wil also include those customers going from DonorCentral v4 to DonorCentral NXT. The go live dates for each of this first group of customers will be staggered starting on 3/8/2021..
- After this first group, all of the customers who are currently using DonorCentral NXT will be moved to SKY 4 on 4/27/2021.
- Note that SKY 4 does not work on the Internet Explorer 11 browser. IE is being end of lifed by Microsoft in 2021. It is recommended to use Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
