I changed some information on an advisor's profile and now the advisor received a new welcome email, why did that happen?
Answer:
If a user never received a welcome email and a data fix is done by NPact, or the advisor record is updated in FIMS they will now receive a DonorCentral welcome email.
The key is if the user ever received a welcome email in the past or not prior to a data fix being done by NPact, or the advisor record is updated in FIMS.

- If a user already received a welcome email prior to a data fix being done by NPact or the advisor record being updated in FIMS then that user will not get a new welcome email.
- If the user did not already previously receive a welcome email prior to a data fix being done by NPact or the advisor record being updated in FIMS then the user will get a new welcome email.
