When a recurring grant is created in DonorCentral, multiple suggestions are submitted when only one should be. There will also be a duplicate email that is sent out as well.
Answer:
This issue intermittently occurred prior to the migration of DonorCentral to NPact systems and is not anticipated to occur again. If this issue does occur, however, please create a support case.
How to handle duplicate recurring recommendations:
1. You can use the Duplicate Recurring Recommendations tab in DonorCentral to see what duplicates exist in your system.
2. Be sure to decline any duplicates in the suggestion import window in FIMS.
This tab is for informational purposes to tell the user that a duplicate suggestion was created in the import window in FIMS.
