Edit Menu
This menu allows you to make changes to the record or data entry field you are working with.
Note: If your cursor is in a data entry field, the name of the menu option changes to include the word Field (for example, Clear Field instead of Clear).
Menu Option | Function |
|---|---|
Undo/Undo Field | Reverses any unsaved changes to the current record or field. |
Cut/Cut Field | Removes the selected information from the record, and copies it to the clipboard. |
Copy/Copy Field | Copies the selected information to the clipboard without removing it from the record. |
Paste/Paste Field | Adds information from the clipboard into the selected record. |
Clear/Clear Field | Clears all information from the selected field. |
