    FIMSInternal User never Signs out after DonorCentral Upload and must be Manually Disconnected

    Answer:

    This issue was caused by Dashboard Refresh happening with DonorCentral. The dashboard refresh did not finish and took up a FIMSInternal license which did not disconnect.

    Dashboards are removed from FIMS as of 14.76.

     

    Steps To Duplicate

    1. Go to server and open Task Scheduler

    2. eAdv-Export shows as Running

    3. Check FTP log - it shows task is completed without error

    4. Use Show Live Users to see users logged into database

    5. FIMSInternal User shows as being still logged in after task is shown to be completed in FTP log

    6. In Task Scheduler, the task still runs and does not stop
