How to Zip up Files in My Files on Azure Cloud

1. In My Files, go to the Share button

2. Select the files or folder to be zipped

• For a group of files: Select a group of files by checking the checkbox next to each file or selecting the checkbox on the top which will select all of the files in a folder if all files in a specific folder need to be zipped together
• For a folder, select the checkbox next to the folder and then click the Zip button

3. Click Zip and a new zip file will be created that will contain all of the files that you selected or will zip up the folder that you selected
4. You can then copy that zip file to your local C drive

DonorCentral Statements:
In order to upload a zip file to DonorCentral, that zip file will need to be on your local computer so that the upload utility in DonorCentral can see the file. It will not be able to see files in the S drive.

Typically, there is no longer a need to upload zip files to DonorCentral, however there is an issue in Azure Cloud where if there is a large amount of statements that the normal way of uploading to DonorCentral times out and as such, a zip file would need to be created and uploaded to DonorCentral directly in those instances.
