Label Description for Available to Spend not updated on Home Page

On the DonorCentral Home page, the Available to spend label is not updated after it is updated in Control Panel > Site Configuration. The label is changed on the fund page and the fund page and home page should match.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Go to Control Panel > Site Configuration > Funds section

2. Update the label with desired verbiage changes
