Stock Gift Management Menus
The Stock Gift Management module has several Stock Gift-related menu options on the Reports and File Maintenance menus.
NOTE: Refer to FIMS Menus in the Introduction for more information about general FIMS menus.
Stock Gift Reports Menu
All of the Stock Gift reports can be run by selecting Reports > Securities Reports and selecting the desired report.
NOTE: This section provides a brief description of each available report available for Stock Gifts. Refer to the Securities section of the Donor and Gift Reports chapter of
the FIMS Reports Guide for more information and examples of these reports, along with the others you can run in FIMS.
Menu Option | Function |
|---|---|
Securities Held Listing | Runs a report that lists all held securities. This report also you the option of including or excluding specific information about each Security (for example, Gift and Fund information, Restrictions, or Activity). |
Securities by Fund or Donor | Runs a report that lists all held securities sorted by their associated Fund or Donor. This report gives you the option of including or excluding specific information about each Security (for example, Unposted Proceeds, Restrictions, or Activity). |
Brokers Report | Runs a report that provides a list of all Brokers along with their contact information and any fees. |
Securities Historical Activity Report | Runs a report that shows all historical activity for securities (for example, original value, acquisition date, price, date posted, and date held through). |
Securities Historical Pricing Report | Runs a report that shows pricing information for securities that were revalued via Corporate Actions. |
