Users are not able to reset DonorCentral password in Safari
When users attempt to reset their DonorCentral password in Safari, an error occurs and the user is not able to reset the password.
Answer:
We are currently investigating this issue, in the mean time, the work-around is to use a different browser such as Google Chrome to change the password.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Go to DonorCentral URL in Safari.
2. Follow the steps to reset password as outlined in the article below:
DonorCentral Migration from Blackbaud Systems to NPact Systems
3. User receives Authentication error
4. Users tries a different web browser - Google Chrome and notes that in Chrome, there is no error.
