Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to the FACTS module\Reconciliation\Processes tab for the account in question
2. Go to the Processes tab and run the Pool Allocation Processing
3. Note that the end of day price has question marks instead of values
4. Run the Unitization report, note that for the Unrealized Gains and Losses column there are question marks.

Answer:
This is typically caused by ending market value being 0.00 for the previous cycle which typically should not happen because when it is zero, it is supposed to use the previous end price.

For example if the pool starts at $0.00 and has $0.00 for Gifts Receipts Transfers and unrealized column shows ? in this scenario, this is because the pool never had any money in it but there are some rounding units.

In order to resolve the issue with the ? showing, you can clean up the units by doing the following:

1. Go to FIMS / Tools / System Utilities / Admin Utilities / Finance Utilities / Update FACTS Pool Price or Units.
2. Select the pool that has the issue, which will default the cycle.
3. Put in a price of $1.00 and Ending units of 0.0000

It is recommended that you copy live to test, and do these steps in your demo database first.
