    Steps To Duplicate:

    1 - Open FIMS
    2 - Navigate to Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Auditing Utilities > Data Activity Auditing Report

    3 - Note the following error: "Entry 41 is outside the range of list"

    Answer:
    To resolve this error, you must select a specific database table in the available drop-down menu rather than leaving the default of all. Once the database table is selected, you will no longer receive the error.
