Error Application Exception Batch Statement Upload Failed. Bad Request Record in Manifest File is not in Archive when Uploading Statements to DonorCentral

This issue occurs due to a line being in the contents file that does not have a corresponding pdf file. The contents file has to match exactly to the pdf files. So, for example if you have a line in the contents file called 'johnsmith2017.pdf' but when you go through the pdfs that file is not listed, this can cause the issue.

The solution is to remove the line in the contents file that does not have a corresponding pdf, save the file, re-zip the statements and upload to DonorCentral and the error should no longer occur.
