When uploading statements to DonorCentral the Fund search field may not be responsive and this error may appear after clicking Upload.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into DonorCentral
- Click on Control Panel > Fund Statements > Upload/Replace Statements
- Select fund statement file
- Click on search icon in Fund ID field and nothing happens
- Type in full Fund ID and DonorCentral does not recognize it
- Select date range and click Upload
- Receive error
