When using the Chrome browser to access DonorCentral, some users are getting the error Application Exception: Submit form failed when submitting grant recommendations. Recommendations can be submitted in other browsers without issue.

Steps To Duplicate:

1. Go to DonorCentral in Chrome
2. Log in with the affected email address
3. On home page click Recommend a Grant
4. Fill out grant recommendation form and get through to Agreement page. Agree to terms and click Review
Error: Application Exception: Submit form failed appears.
5. Log out of DonorCentral in Chrome and launch Firefox
6. Log in with the affected email address
7. On home page click Recommend a Grant
8. Fill out grant recommendation form exactly as in Chrome and get through to Agreement page. Agree to terms and click Review
9. Recommendation submits without error
