Error "Attempt to write closed stream S-stop. (1387)" when Creating Document Links from Document Management after Upgrading to FIMS 14.73

This issue is fixed in FIMS 14.74

1. Open the “Documents Module” and click “Create Grant Document Links"
2. Select the date for which letters we are uploading and click “ok”]
3. “Create Grant Documents Links” report is generated and clock “Create Document Links”
4.  Click “Create and Upload to DC”
5.  Receive error
