    Process of uploading to Donor Central from Foundation Power:

    1. Set printer to PDF - -change output folder to file on C:

    2. Go into Foundation Power

    3. Activities -- Account master activities

    4. Choose donor statement -- export to PDF

    Answer:

    This issue was caused by a contents file not being created during the export to PDF process. If this occurs, contact FIMS support.
