    Error: Database is not connected. SessionParams: Fcompile gui odbc\crystal\w-xpress.w when Applying a FIMS Patch in Single User Mode

    This issue occurs because a patch was run on a FIMS instance that is single user. To upgrade a single user FIMS instance, you have to use the full upgrade.
