    Answer:

    This is a network error where the machine in question cannot connect on the port used for ODBC. Your IT department will need to look into the network error routing issue.
    A common cause of this issue is that the SQL porat is blocked on the FIMS database server. Be sure that ports for SQL are allowed in the firewall of the FIMS database server:
    • TCP ports 2500 and 2501, 2600(SQL), 2699 (IGAM), 3000-5000
