    Answer:

    This issue occurs due to the display resolution being set to a value higher than 100%, To resolve do the following:

    In Windows 10
    1. Right click on the desktop and select "Display Settings"
    2. Under "Scale and Layout", select 100% (recommended) from the drop down.
