    Error: .\gui\images.pl is not a valid PROGRESS library. (1931)

    When users log into FIMS they get an error, "Images.pl is not a valid PROGRESS library."  after clicking ok, several more such windows show up.  One for each .pl file in the npo\dlc\gui folder.  After resolving all windows, you are allowed in FIMS but are unable to do anything without getting the error windows all over again.
