When installing Progress, the error Invalid File HTML License File is not a Valid License Addendum File may occur. For security reasons the file path and file name have been erased from this screenshot but you will see the file path of where you saved the HTML license file on your server and the name of the file:

This is due to how the license file was saved. Contact support to get a different file.
