When posting an interfund grant through the interfund module, the following error can occur, "**E Invalid Grant Interfund Acct (C111FundName) -Acct () not on Master Chart
Answer:
This occurs for one of two reasons:
1. The interfund GL accounts for the fund class in question to which the fund in the grant belongs is not mapped on the master chart of accounts. The GL account also has to be created for the fund in question as well.
2. The fund class GL defaults are not mapped to a GL account for all of the interfund GL accounts in Fund Code Maintenance\Fund Class.

- Go to File Maintenance\Funds\Fund Code Maintenance\Fund Class
- Open the Fund Class in question to which the fund belongs. You can see what fund class the fund belongs to in the Fund module on Fund 1 tab of the fund
- Make sure any GL accounts dealing with Interfunds are filled out including Grant Interfund Asset, Interfund Grant Expense, etc. Go down the list and see anything that references interfunds.
