When running any Reports or Dynamic Data Grids the following error occurs after selecting the type of report: Error: Invalid handle. Not initialized or points to a deleted object. (3135)
Steps To Duplicate:
In FIMS, go to Reports>Select any module>Select any type of report>Receive error immediately
Answer:
1. Have all users log out of FIMS except the one user who will run these procedures. You may have to log into FIMS directly on the database server for these tools to work.
2. Go to Tools\System Utilities\Run Procedure
3. Click Browse
4. Navigate to npo\found\fims\tools
5. Select the updated.u file. You will need to make sure you have All Files selected in the drop down to see this file.
6. Click OK
7. Let the procedure run, the window will automatically close after finished.
8. Go back to Tools\System Utilities\Run Procedure
9. Run the rptsetup.d procedure located in \npo\found\FIMS
10. Let the procedure run, the window will automatically close after finished
11. Test issue
