    Steps To Duplicate:
    1) Log into FIMS
    2) Go to Accounts Payable Module> Open Items Tab
    3) Click on Process and print checks> Error message occurs 
    Answer:
    This occurred because the Xprint license in use was old and needed to be updated. To check the Xprint license, do the following:

    1. Go to npo\found\fims
    2. Edit the XPRINT.LIC file
    3. On the top line it should read Microedge. If it says NPO Solutions, that is the old one and is not correct and needs to be replaced.
    4. Contact support to get a new license file.
    5. Place the one given to you by support into npo\found\fims to update the file. The error will no longer occur after updating.
