When trying to upload a PDF file to DonorCentral, the error "Get Signed URL Failed" occurs.
Answer:
This issue occurred because there was a symbol in the file name of the PDF document. Once the symbol was removed, the PDF document was able to be uploaded.
Steps To Duplicate
1. Log into DonorCentral
2. Go to Control Panel\Site Configuration\Resources
3. Click Upload or attach files
4. Drag a pdf file to the window or select a PDF file
5. See the error occur.
