    Error messages when using profile import to update more than 15 profiles in FIMS

    The following errors occur when trying to import more than 15 profiles using the profile import tool:

    E Cannot find profile record for idcode
    W Old Value for address-line-1 doesn't match imported old value

     

    Steps To Duplicate:

    1. Create import CSV with all profiles new info to update profile records in fims

    2. When submitting the import, errors appear unexpectedly

    Answer:
    This is resolved in FIMS 14.72.

    When importing profile records (Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Import Record Updates) to update many profiles in FIMS, you can now import more than 15 profile records.
